Iranian foreign ministry spokesman said EU and Germany are not in the position that bear question and put any condition for Iran's missile program.

Iran press/Iran news: Abbas Mousavi's remark was a reaction to a quote from Germany visiting Foreign Minister Heiko Maas which reportedly has been said that he will declare his opposition with Iran missile program.

Iranian foreign ministry spokesman said Japan is an important country in the east and Iran an important country in the west of Asia, so this visit will be very important.

Abbas Mousavi on his weekly press conference on Monday said: Japanese prime Minister trip to Iran is a historical and important visit after 40 years.

He said: Iran and Japan are two important countries in West and East of Asia. Both countries have their own concerns over regional and international issues and eventually these issues will be discussed and two sides will reach to a good agreement over the issues, Iran Press reported.

Mousavi said: We will talk about our regional and international challenges with Japanese Prime Minister.

EU didn’t observe its commitment in JCPOA

Iranian foreign ministry spokesman also criticized the European signatories of its 2015 nuclear deal for failing to observe their commitment to Joint Comprehensive plane of action (JCPOA) after US President Donald Trump withdraw Washington out of it last year and re-imposed sanctions against Iran.

"So far, we have not seen practical and tangible steps from the Europeans to guarantee Iran’s interests" Mousavi said adding that "Tehran will not discuss any issue beyond the nuclear deal."

“We no longer have any hope to see the INSTEX [Instrument for Supporting Trade Exchanges] in action… If the mechanism was ever going to work, it would have done so by now,” Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman said.

“We expected the Europeans to fulfill their obligations to the JCPOA after the US’ withdrawal from the pact,” Mousavi said, adding that “however, they either were not able to, or did not want to do so.”

“We have not seen any practical move by the Europeans in the past days since the 60-day ultimatum, and we hope that they will take effective actions in the remaining days,” Mousavi emphesized.

Iranian foreign ministry spokesman Abbas Mousavi stressed that "The EU is not in a position to question Iran’s issues beyond the nuclear deal."
