Iran Press/Middle East: Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri followed up Sunday afternoon on the developments in the south of Lebanon.

In this context, he contacted the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and French President's Adviser Emmanuel Bonne and asked for the intervention of the United States, France, and the international community in facing the developments on the southern border, the National News Agency of Lebanon reported.

Lebanon’s Hezbollah group said on Sunday that its forces destroyed an Israeli military vehicle, killing or wounding those insides. 

According to some news reports, the Commander of Israel army's Northern division Afif Kukhafi was killed in the Hezbollah attack.

Following the Hezbollah attack, Israel's military has fired at the border village of Maroun al-Ras in south Lebanon on Sunday, using phosphoric bombs in southern Lebanon. 203/208
