Iran Press/ West Asia: After the extensive attacks of the Zionist army on the Gaza Strip, the Yemeni army has been able to attack several Israeli ships or ships destined for the occupied territories in support of the Palestinian people.
According to the Iran Press news agency, Mohammed al-Bukhaiti, a member of the Ansarullah movement's political bureau, announced on Tuesday that if the US attacks Yemen, it will fail militarily and morally.
Pointing out that the Yemeni armed forces have painful options to respond to any aggression against Yemen, al-Bukhaiti said that we only target ships that are either Israeli or heading towards the Zionist regime.
Al-Bukhaiti pointed out that Yemen seeks to preserve the safety of maritime transport, and stated that we only act against the interests of the Zionist regime and we will confront any coalition formed by America in the Red Sea.
The spokesman for Yemen's Ansarullah movement Mohammed Abdul-Salam, emphasized once again that the sea crossings in the Red and Arabian seas are safe and there is no danger to the ships.
Pointing out that ships of the Zionist regime or bound for occupied Palestine are excluded from this category, Abdul-Salam said: "This issue is due to the cruel aggression and siege of the Gaza Strip."
The spokesman of Ansarullah said that the armed forces will not allow ships to leave for Israeli ports and travel in the Arabian Sea and the Red Sea unless they are carrying medicine and food for the people of the Gaza Strip.
