Amman(IP)-The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran said that the country is ready to take the final steps of the nuclear agreement and cancel the oppressive sanctions.

Iran PressMiddle East: Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian wrote in a tweet on Friday night: " In a meeting with @JosepBorrellF , we agreed on taking the final steps for the Agreement."

Meanwhile, Iran's foreign minister stated: "The window is open, but not forever."  

Amir-Abdollahian  also emphasized the political solution in Ukraine and said: "Neither Guantanamo & AbuGhraib nor crimes against women/children in Yemen & Afgh., allow the US to preach others."

Iran's Foreign Minister wrote before and after the meeting with the European Union foreign policy official that his meeting was frank, friendly, and constructive.

Before participating in the Baghdad-2 meeting in Amman, the capital of Jordan, Amir- Abdollahian told reporters that he is going to meet with the European Union's foreign policy official on the sidelines of the meeting while calls and talks are going on seriously.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran had expressed his hope that according to the approach of the Americans in the last three months, there would be changes in the policy and realistic behavior of the American side.

The head of Iran's foreign policy department clearly stated to the Americans that they must choose between hypocrisy and asking for an agreement and the return of the United States to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Iran's foreign minister traveled to Jordan last Tuesday (December 20th) to participate in the Baghdad-2 meeting in Amman, the capital of Jordan.
