Iran Press/ Asia: Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian arrived in New Delhi on Tuesday, June 07, at the official invitation of the Indian counterpart to meet with high-ranking Indian officials.
Iranian FM plans this trip to develop bilateral relations and consult on strategic regional and international developments.
Upon his arrival in Mumbai, Amir-Abdollahian, invited by the India National Industries Organization and the Indian World Trade Center, addressed trade and economic activists from both the private and public sectors.

Earlier on Wednesday, Amir-Abdollahian met and held talks with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Indian counterpart Subrahmanyam Jaishankar to discuss bilateral ties and issues of mutual interests.
In his second meeting in Mumbai, among top Indian Muslim figures, Amir-Abdollahian said that the western states participating in talks with the Iranian officials had been pushing for the country's recognition of Israel in return for resolving issues related to Tehran's nuclear program but fails to force Iran into recognition Zionist Regime.
"Iran considers it a duty to make efforts for the liberation of the Holy Quds from Israeli occupation, the top Iranian diplomat said.
Amir Abdollahian also highlighted the need for efforts to identify plots against Islamic values.
