At Iranian-Arab dialogue conference:

Tehran (IP) - The Chief of Al-Jazeera Network says that the region is a vital arena in international policy and dialogue must be observed among the countries away from any efforts to omit the others.

Iran PressIran news: Muhammad Sawaq said that many disputes among the regional countries are caused by a lack of understanding, which leads to conflict.

Sawaq made the remarks when delivering a speech at the third Iranian-Arab Dialogue Conference "For Cooperation and Interaction" on Sunday evening, May 12, in Tehran.

Dialogue is the only way to end the disputes, he noted that in such meetings, which are held every year, face-to-face dialogue is sought, although there may be differences.

Sawaq stated that the sooner the dialogue takes place, the sooner the way to conflicts will be closed.

"The reality of the region requires the countries to be with each other; we have no choice but to be with each other," he pointed out.

The three-day conference is hosted by Iran’s Strategic Council on Foreign Relations. Around 40 scholars and experts from 15 Arab countries are estimated to attend the conference, who will have analyses about the issues facing the West Asia region and the Islamic world. 219
