Tehran (IP) - Following the invasion of the Iraqi Baath Regime at Khorramshahr on October 25, 1980, the city could defend for 34 days before its fall. But, Iranian soldiers carried out the great operation of Beit-ol-Moqaddas and succeeded in liberating Khorramshahr on May 24, 1982.
