Iran Press/ Iran news: Presiding the court, Hojjat-ul-Islam Dehghani pointed out that the trial of the hypocrites case was continuing as the names of the defendants in the indictment.
He as the judge also emphasized the competence of the court to deal with this case, so the representative of the prosecutor read other parts of the indictment.
The defendants have the right to defend themselves and can appoint a lawyer.
The next session of the trial will be held on Tuesday next week.
It should be reminded that after more than four decades of expectations by several thousand families of Iranian terror victims, the first session of the historic trial of 104 members of the terrorist group Mujahedin-e-Khalq Organization (MKO) was held in Tehran on Tuesday, December 12, 2023.
