IP - At least 18 people were killed and 20 others wounded in an Israeli attack at a mosque, near the Al-Aqsa Hospital, in Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip in the early hours of Sunday.

Iran Press/ West Asia: Eyewitnesses said the number of casualties could rise as the mosque was being used to house displaced people.

North of Gaza came under most heaviest Israeli bombardments tonight.

Tonight also Ibn Rushd school in Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.

Meanwhile, Israeli fighter jets bombed the Masry family home in Beit Lahiya, killing at least two people, including an infant. Eleven others have been injured in the attack.
