Iran Press/ Iran News: Speaking on Thursday at the closing ceremony of the 10th Summit of the cultural attachés of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Head of ICRO Mohammad-Mehdi Imanipour said: "Expanding and deepening ties with neighboring countries is a priority; however, it is full of challenges. As a result, we do our best to minimize misunderstandings and lead through more friendly relationships."
Imanipour stressed that there are many individuals in the Islamic countries who currently support the discourse and paradigm of the Islamic Revolution. Still, they are not consistent, so it is on the cultural attachés to integrate them.
He said since Iranians abroad are like cultural attachés who have migrated overseas due to various reasons and purposes, serving them is the country's priority.
Imanipour noted: "It is believed that cultural diplomacy will remove all the country's challenges if it is utilized properly."
The head of ICRO reiterated: "One of the priorities and policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran is to make maximum use of cultural attachés both in Iran and abroad."
Also, on the sidelines of the Summit, the first cultural products exhibition, mainly for export, opened at the ICRO and continued until July 28.
The exhibition features the works of over 80 scientific and cultural institutes making cultural products.
