Iran Press/Iran News: As in the past years, on the first day of the holy month of Ramadan, the Quranic circle was held in the presence of Ayatollah Khamenei with the top Qaris (Quran reciters) of the country reciting Quran.
During the past three years, the ceremony was held with restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic.
