Israeli forces injured Five Palestinians as clashes broke out during a peaceful protests in occupied West Bank.

Iran PressMiddle East: Five Palestinians were injured by Israeli security forces during a peaceful protests in the northern occupied West Bank city of Nablus, on Sunday.

Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) confirmed that one Palestinian was shot and injured by Israeli security forces, while four others suffered from tear-gas inhalation, Iran Press reported.

On Aug. 16, dozens of Palestinians were injured in Israeli forces' attack in the district of Hebron (al-Khalil) in the Southern West Bank.

"Dozens of Palestinians in Nablus City organized a peaceful protest in solidarity with East Jerusalem and against the detention of Fatah movement activists earlier this week," the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said.

Israeli security forces attempted to suppress the protest by repeatedly firing rubber-coated steel bullets, tear-gas bombs and stun grenades. 101/201
