Kashan (IP) - As far as the mobile game industry is concerned, the Islamic Republic of Iran has been ranked 24th in the world, and first in the Middle East.

Iran Press/Iran news: The 4th national conference and the 2nd international conference of computer games with the theme of 'challenges and opportunities' was held at the University of Kashan on Thursday, 21 February 2019.

Hossein Ibrahim-Pour member of the scientific committee and one of the senior organizers of the 'international computer games conference' in an exclusive interview with Iran Press News Agency said: "According to computer games national foundation's data presented in the conference Iran has been ranked 24th in the world in the computer game industry and has been ranked first in the Middle East. In the mobile game industry among the first 100 countries of the world, Iran has been ranked 16."

The 4th national conference and the 2nd international conference of 'challenges and opportunities' was held at the University of Kashan on the 21st of February 2019.

Hossein Ibrahim-Pour added: "In this conference 48 paper and 29 posters were presented and four experts from Germany attended the conference."

According to Ibrahim-Pour, scientific papers at the conference dealt with different aspects of computer games industry, including software engineering, humanities, arts, and psychology.
