Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani said that parliament tried to facilitate business activities in Iran through legislation.

Iran Press/Iran news: Speaking to reporters and journalists on Monday, Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani said that parliament has approved the laws intended to prepare the way for facilitation of business activities in Iran.

"What is called as strict, regarding to investment in Iran is divided into two parts. There are some laws about the investment in Iran that parliament is responsible for it, but there are some regularities which Iranian governmental organizations have approved them and they are responsible about it," Iranian Parliament Speaker noted, responding to Iran Press reporter. 

"Considering the current situation in Iran, it has been insisted that some strict laws for investment should be removed after the complete review. And some steps have been taken in this path," Larijani added.

"We also have insisted on the removal of strict laws for investment in the sessions of three branches of government and also we have called on Iran's Vice-President for Legal Affairs to put it on the priorities," Iranian Parliament Speaker said.

Larijani also called on Iran's chamber of commerce to review the investment laws and give its' suggestions for removing the strict laws.

Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani also said: "EU asked Iran not to withdraw from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) by giving us some promises, the promises that have not been fulfilled." 

"The nuclear deal is an international agreement and negotiation with the Europeans is still going on," Iranian Parliament Speaker noted.101/201
