Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister meet ational Assembly of Bulgaria Emil Hristov

Iranian Parliament's Chairman of National Security and Foreign Policy Committee on meeting with the visiting deputy Bulgaria's parliament speaker, appreciated Bulgaria for supporting Iran’s nuclear deal also known as the JCPOA .

Iran Press/Europe: Heshmatollah Falahatpisheh said: "Sofia's role in preserving 'Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action' (JCPOA) was constructive and important."

Iranian Parliament's Chairman of National Security and Foreign Policy Committee called the US sanctioning policy against Iran a failed policy and said: "Sofia and Tehran have many potentials for developing bilateral relations and the expansion of parliamentary ties will help facilitate political and economic relations between the two countries," MNA reported.

The Iranian senior lawmaker reminded two countries close stances on international issues and American unilateralism and said: Iran expects Europe to have a shared understanding on the issue of US unilateralism.

Falahatpisheh emphasized enhancing economic relations between the two countries and the use of Iran’s high transit capacities.

Iranian Parliament's Chairman of National Security and Foreign Policy Committee called for increase in parliamentary relations between the specialized committees at the parliaments of the two countries.
