Tehran's Governor-General said institutionalizing a 'Resistive Economy' is the only way to deal with pressures and obstacles of the arrogant powers.

Iran Press/Iran news: Anoushirvan Mohseni-Bandpei said: "Right at the moment in which we are subject to a psychological war, and have to deal with economic crisis and pressures by the global arrogance, a reasonable way to deal with these pressures and obstacles is through institutionalizing a 'Resistive Economy' and making use of our internal capacities and capabilities, and bringing about the right conditions to take advantage of these capacities."

In an exclusive interview with Iran Press News Agency on the sideline of the fifth congress of Tehran's Municipal Council, Mohseni-Bandpei said: "These pressures during the 2-3 years we worked on 'Resistive Economy', has led us to the implementation of a 'Resistive Economy' which reduces manufacturing and production costs and will support Iranian goods."

Bandpei added: "If we support the manufacturing industry and employment, if we eliminating obstacles to investment and production, if we support hi-tech knowledge-based companies, strengthening our hi-tech enterprises, we could bring about the right conditions, with long-term planning and relying on our own talents, to deal with these pressures and pave the way for the economy to be flourish."
