Iranian Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance Farhad Dezhpasand said that Iran wants to interact with the world economically.

Iran Press/Iran news: "We want to interact with the world and we do not seek closed-door economic policy," Iranian Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance Farhad Dezhpasand said at the 13th International Cooperative Alliance – Asia-Pacific (ICA-AP) Regional Conference.

"Countries like Iran which have a specific structure and system, and value political and economic independence should lessen their economic vulnerability," Iranian Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance noted according to Iran Press.

By saying that resistance economy is beyond strengthening economy, Farhad Dezhpasand said that by resistance economic policy we seek to make our  economy less vulnerable and more resourceful.

"We should reach a digital and smart economy by achieving a resistance economy," Iranian Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance Farhad Dezhpasand concluded.

The 13th International Cooperative Alliance – Asia-Pacific (ICA-AP) was held for the first time in Tehran in cooperation with Iran's Chamber of Cooperatives.

The last round of the event was organized in India, where Iran was given the honor of hosting the next meeting.
