Iran Press/ Asia: On the sidelines of the first specialized exhibition of water, electricity, and new energy industry in Kabul Iranian ambassador to Afghanistan said: "In recent years, the activity of Iranian companies in Afghanistan has expanded significantly and fortunately the Iranian government has provided appropriate support in this regard."
The ambassador added: "A joint economic meeting between Iran and Afghanistan is scheduled to next month to provide logical and practical solutions to the problems, including in the field of transportation and banking."
The value of the annual trade between Iran and Afghanistan is more than one and a half-billion dollars.
