Second Iranian medical aid consignment dispatched to Tajikistan

The second shipment of medical aid donated by the Islamic Republic of Iran to Tajikistan to fight COVID-19 arrived at Dushanbe International Airport on Kish Air.

Iran PressAsia: This consignment includes items such as ventilators and compressors, non-alcoholic disinfectant solutions, and diagnostic kits.

The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Tajikistan, Mohammad Taqi Saberi, handed over donations from Tehran to Shodikhon Jamshed, Tajik Deputy Minister of Health, and Saadi Sharifi, Head of the Middle East and African Countries Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Following a phone conversation between Iran and Tajikistan presidents Hassan Rouhani and Emomali Rahmon, the first consignment of Iranian medical and health aid was dispatched to Tajikistan last April.    207
